When arriving by plane or train, WM Taxi Schladming is our reliable partner. The modern Mercedes-Vito taxi buses are air-conditioned, have doors that open automatically and offer enough space for up to 8 people including luggage, practical boarding aids, high-quality child seats and ski racks in winter.

The booked room is available from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival – if you arrive earlier, we can gladly store your luggage for you until your room is ready. On the day of departure, the rooms can be occupied until 11.00 a.m. EARLY check-in and LATE check-out are available on request and subject to availability and for an additional charge.

Every room includes a JOHANN parking space. Depending on your room category, your reserved parking space is located either behind the hotel at JOHANN PARKING Siedergasse or opposite the main square at JOHANN PARKING Postparkplatz.

For a smooth arrival and departure, you'll find our JOHANN WELCOME Zone at the rear entrance in the JOHANN PARKING Siedergasse parking space. Here, you can conveniently load and unload your luggage before parking your car in your reserved space.

• You will receive a parking card at check-in for your reserved parking space. Please return it to the reception desk upon departure.
• Your parking space is available from 2:00 PM on your arrival day, just like your room. If you arrive before 2:00 PM or have arranged an early check-in, earlier parking may be possible at short notice, subject to availability and after consulting our reception team. Alternatively, public parking is available at the Planai public car park.
• The same applies on your departure day. Your parking space is reserved until 11:00 AM. If you plan to leave later, please contact our reception team. Alternatively, you can park at the Planai public car park.

We have two charging stations for electric cars in our hotel car park. For more information, please ask at the reception.

Discounts for children staying in parents’ room (two full-paying guests)

• 0-2 years: free of charge
• 3-6 years: 60% discount
• 7-12 years: 40% discount
• 13-16 years: 20% discount
• from 16 years: no discount

The local tax of €2.50 per person and day for guests over 15 years is not included in the room rate and has to be paid to the municipality, which is done by us.

Our cancellation conditions:

• The booked stay can be cancelled free of charge up to 1 month before arrival
• Up to 15 days before arrival: 40% of the booked stay will be charged
• Up to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the booked stay will be charged
• Within the last 7 days before arrival: 90% of the booked stay will be charged
• On the day of arrival: 100%
